CARTHIVA may collect information you submit through an RFQ or sourcing inquiry, including your product requirements, quantity, destination, packaging preferences, certification or documentation requirements, branding or private-label information, target price, name, company name, email address, phone number, and country.
We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request timestamps, IP-derived security signals, and standard server logs, subject to the configuration of the hosting environment.
How We Use RFQ Information
RFQ information is used to review sourcing requirements, identify potentially suitable supply options, communicate with the requester, coordinate the inquiry, and protect the service from spam or abuse.
Supplier-dependent information or documents are handled only as needed to evaluate and respond to the specific sourcing request. Submission of an RFQ does not by itself create a supplier contract, purchase commitment, or guarantee of availability.
Sharing and Service Providers
CARTHIVA may share relevant RFQ information with selected suppliers, logistics or documentation partners, or service providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate or respond to the sourcing request. The scope of information shared should be limited to the inquiry and its operational needs.
Third-party infrastructure providers may process data on CARTHIVA's behalf, including website hosting, security, or email/notification services when those services are configured.
Retention and Security
CARTHIVA is an early-stage sourcing platform. We aim to retain RFQ information only for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, business records, security, or legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices
You may contact CARTHIVA regarding information you have submitted through an RFQ and request correction or deletion where applicable. Requests may be subject to reasonable verification and any applicable legal or operational requirements.
Because the operator contact channel has not been published in this early-stage site build, requests should initially be made through the RFQ form.
Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated as CARTHIVA's operating model, technology, and service providers develop. The version published on this page is the version applicable to the website at the time of use.
