CARTHIVA is a Tunisia-to-world B2B food sourcing platform intended to help buyers describe sourcing requirements and explore potential Tunisian and Mediterranean food-product supply options.
An RFQ submission is an inquiry, not an offer, purchase order, sales contract, or guarantee that CARTHIVA or a supplier will accept the requested terms.
Supplier and Product Availability
Supply, specifications, quantities, certifications, laboratory documents, packaging formats, private-label services, traceability, compliance support, and logistics arrangements may vary by supplier, product, destination, and shipment structure.
Information shown on the website is intended to describe sourcing categories and possible requirements. Final commercial specifications, documents, pricing, lead times, and availability must be confirmed for the selected supplier and transaction.
RFQ Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information in an RFQ. CARTHIVA may reject, limit, or decline to process submissions that appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, excessively automated, or materially incomplete.
Submitting an RFQ does not guarantee a response, quotation, sample, supplier match, shipment, or transaction.
Commercial Terms
Any quotation, specification sheet, sample, contract, invoice, shipping document, certificate, or other transaction document will be subject to the terms stated in that document and the parties responsible for the transaction.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written arrangement, CARTHIVA does not represent that it is the manufacturer, exporter, laboratory, carrier, insurer, customs authority, or certification body for a product.

CARTHIVA aims to keep website information accurate and current, but early-stage sourcing information may change without notice. Product imagery may be illustrative and does not by itself establish a particular supplier, grade, certification, packaging configuration, or inventory position.
Acceptable Use
Users must not use the website or RFQ system to submit malicious code, spam, impersonation, unlawful content, fraudulent requests, or attempts to bypass security controls.

How CARTHIVA handles RFQ and sourcing information is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms govern use of the website and inquiry service; they do not replace that privacy notice.
Changes
CARTHIVA may update these Terms as the platform develops. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes use under the then-published version, subject to applicable law.
